Job Purpose

To

support daily food production activities

related to

bakery products and jaggery/jaggery-based products

, ensuring

hygiene, quality, discipline, and smooth production flow

as per company SOPs and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities1? Production Support

Assist in

ingredient handling, mixing, moulding, shaping, drying, baking, cooling

, and packing. Support production activities as instructed by the supervisor. Shift between

bakery and jaggery sections

as per production plan.

2?. Material Handling

Carry and arrange raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. Follow

FIFO / FEFO

where applicable. Avoid wastage, spillage, or contamination.

3?. Hygiene & Food Safety

Maintain

personal hygiene

(uniform, cap, mask, gloves). Keep work area, trays, tools, and floor clean. Follow

FSSAI & internal hygiene SOPs strictly

4?. Packing & Dispatch Support

Assist in weighing, sealing, labeling, and packing. Handle finished products carefully to avoid breakage. Segregate rejected or damaged items.

5?. Equipment & Safety

Use tools and machines

only after training and permission

. Report machine issues, unsafe conditions, or quality problems immediately. Follow safety instructions at all times.

6?. Discipline & Teamwork

Follow supervisor instructions without delay. Maintain punctuality and attendance discipline. Support team members during peak workload.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum

8th / 10th Pass

Experience in food factory preferred (freshers can apply) Physically fit for standing and manual work
