Job Title - Food Production Faculty Job Location - Delhi (Candidates whose base is Delhi NCR, will be preferred) Company Description International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) is a leading hospitality education institution. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Food Production Faculty. The Food Production Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures and hands-on practical sessions in food production. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and managing curriculum and assessment systems and working in conjunction with other faculty members and support staff. Should have excellent knowledge of basic & advanced culinary skills in Continental kitchen Should be able to plan, schedule, organise, coordinate and monitor lectures & practicals Should be able to prepare course material as per latest development in the hospitality industry & Should engage in research and be able to inspire & motivate students. Effective communicator with a positive outlook & well behaved mannerism Hotel Management Graduate is a must and Masters will be preferred Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of food production with proven exposure in areas such as bakery, confectionery, and Indian and International cuisine. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in developing and managing curriculum and assessments in a higher education institution is preferred. Demonstrated abilities in leading and managing kitchen operations Experience in research and publications in the field of culinary arts is preferred Experience : Minimum 7 Years to 10 years working experience in Food Production department of a 5 star hotel or cruise line
