The Food Counter Boy is responsible for preparing and serving chaat items as per KOT, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring smooth monitoring of food counter operations to maintain quality, hygiene, and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve chaat items strictly as per
KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket)
.
Communicate and give clear instructions to the kitchen team based on KOT requirements.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders without errors.
Monitor food counter operations, including cleanliness, presentation, and stock availability.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at the counter.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle basic customer queries related to food items at the counter.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and management instructions.
