Job Summary

We are hiring Production Assistants to support daily food manufacturing and packaging operations. The role involves weighing, mixing, packing, labelling, and handling of food products, while maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards. This position is suitable for candidates looking for a hands-on experience in food production and willing to work in a factory / manufacturing environment. Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials for food production. Assist in food manufacturing and processing activities. Load and unload raw materials into food processing and packing machines. Fill, seal, and pack food products using approved packaging materials. Pack finished food products into cartons for storage and dispatch. Label and identify food products and packaging correctly. Check food products for defects, damage, or leakage before packing. Assist in stock keeping and check stock for defects, damage, or leakage. Move raw materials and finished goods between store, production, and dispatch areas. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping in the production area. Follow food safety, quality, and GMP guidelines. Assist in basic machine checks under supervisor guidance. Follow production targets, safety rules, and PPE requirements.

Skills & Requirements

Ability to perform manual work in a production or factory environment Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety (training will be provided) Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions Prior experience or certificates in food manufacturing / food packing is a plus (not mandatory) Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
