About the Role:

We are looking for a Food & Packing Supervisor to oversee our retail packing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in spices and pulses packing for both domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage retail packing lines for spices, pulses, and related food products. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and hygiene in all packing activities. Maintain batch traceability, proper labeling, and compliance with export packaging standards. Monitor packing staff and ensure adherence to food safety (FSSAI/HACCP) requirements. Coordinate with production and quality control teams to maintain product quality. Optimize packing operations for efficiency and minimal wastage. Maintain records of daily packing output and inventory usage.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail food packing, preferably spices and pulses. Experience in export-oriented packing operations is highly preferred. Strong understanding of food safety, labeling, and export documentation standards. Ability to lead and train packing staff effectively. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
