to join our Dispatch team at Cookhouse. The candidate will be responsible for packing food items according to the daily menu, labeling items correctly, mapping and organizing orders by destination, and preparing them for timely dispatch to client companies.
Key Responsibilities
Pack food items accurately as per the daily menu and portion standards.
Ensure all packed items meet quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Label and organize food packets according to destination and dispatch schedule.
Arrange and map orders properly to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for accurate menu items and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing and dispatch area.
Assist in loading and preparing dispatch vehicles.
Report shortages, errors, or issues to the supervisor immediately.
Follow company SOPs and comply with food safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in food packing or dispatch (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to read menus, labels, and delivery lists accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
Reliability, punctuality, and a good team attitude.
