To manage end-to-end kitchen and food operations, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene standards, and timely service in a high-footfall cafeteria environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service flow
Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and overall food quality
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and ensure FSSAI compliance
Manage raw material procurement, stock control, storage, and wastage reduction
Supervise kitchen staff, allocate duties, and manage duty rosters
Ensure smooth and efficient food output during peak hours, weekends, and events
Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience Required
3-6 years of experience in kitchen or food operations
Prior experience in cafeterias, food courts, QSRs, cloud kitchens, or mall kitchens
Strong hands-on operational background
