Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not limited) to the following.
1. Responsible for our internal Lab, Auditing and Inspections
2. Monitor and identify microorganisms in a range of environments
3. Follow regular sampling and testing schedules of Raw Material, Finished Goods and Processing Area to detect harmful microorganisms
4. Use a variety of identification methods to test samples
5. Get involved in the research and development of new product development
6. Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and SOPs on a regular basis
7. Recording, analyzing and interpreting the results
8. Ensure data is recorded accurately in accordance with guidelines & internal SOPs
9. Inspecting food manufacturing process to check for possible contamination and take necessary action to eliminate the same
10. Responsible for safety standards at various levels in the Company
11. Equipment validation, calibration, and coordinating with external teams on a need basis
12. Take responsibility of our day to day operations as required
13. Responsible for the quality of our production team
