Job Description

Overseeing food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of food quality. Addressing customer complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience, and implementing strategies for improving customer satisfaction. Managing budgets, and other financial records; analyzing sales data; and implementing strategies for maximizing profitability. Planning and implementing menus, managing daily operations, and ensuring smooth and efficient service. Developing long-term plans for the business, including menu development, marketing strategies, and improvements to operational processes.
