Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct of routine sample collection & Lab tests on Raw Materials, Semi Finished Goods & Final Goods to ensure indented Quality & record keeping

2. Line quality control ( Line QC) and production monitoring in quality control point of view

3. Maintain laboratory equipment's & ensure a clean ,organized workspace

4.Assist in the documentation & reporting of laboratory findings

5. Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Pratice(GMP), Good Hygienic Pratices ( GHP) food hygiene, food handling & FSSAI and ISO norms

6.Minimum 2 Years experience in the same Food/Snacks production line is preferred
