Align content with
FSSAI, BIS, and NABL
guidelines for food testing and safety.
Create
digital content
such as videos, simulations, and assessment questions.
Curriculum Design:
Develop competency-based curricula following
NSQF (National Skills Qualification Framework)
guidelines.
Identify key
skills, knowledge areas, and performance criteria
for job roles in food testing laboratories.
Map content to
industry standards
and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Industry and Technical Validation:
Review and validate lab protocols, test methods, and quality assurance procedures.
Provide technical inputs on the latest
food testing equipment and analytical methods
(e.g., GC-MS, HPLC, Spectrophotometry, Microbial Analysis).
Suggest updates to incorporate
emerging technologies
in food testing and traceability.
Training Support:
Conduct
train-the-trainer (ToT)
sessions for instructors and lab assistants.
Support
curriculum delivery
and pilot implementation of learning modules.
Provide evaluation tools and rubrics for assessing lab performance.
