Conduct routine and surprise inspections of QSR outlets and restaurants to assess food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI guidelines
, local health regulations, and company SOPs.
Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
Maintain detailed inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.
Training & Development
Design and deliver training programs for kitchen and service staff on
food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and operational efficiency
.
Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
Use practical demonstrations to enhance learning and ensure standards are consistently maintained.
Quality & Process Improvement
Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to standardize recipes, portion control, and presentation.
Monitor storage, handling, and preparation processes to prevent contamination and wastage.
Suggest process improvements to enhance food quality and service speed without compromising safety.
