Key Responsibilities:

Maintain certifications and liaise with auditors/regulatory authorities.
Train staff on hygiene and HACCP principles.
Investigate food safety incidents and drive corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
Certification in
ISO 22000/FSSC 22000
and
HACCP (Level 3/4 preferred)

5+ years' experience in food safety/quality/hygiene management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
