Overview:


We are hiring a

Food Hygiene Manager

with strong expertise in

ISO 22000/FSSC 22000

and

HACCP

systems. This role ensures food safety compliance, hygiene control, and continuous improvement across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Implement and monitor food hygiene and sanitation programs. Ensure compliance with

ISO, HACCP, GMP

, and local food safety regulations. Conduct hygiene audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Maintain certifications and liaise with auditors/regulatory authorities. Train staff on hygiene and HACCP principles. Investigate food safety incidents and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications:



Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field. Certification in

ISO 22000/FSSC 22000

and

HACCP (Level 3/4 preferred)

. 5+ years' experience in food safety/quality/hygiene management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
