Zomato Food Delivery Executive - Roles & Responsibilities

Order Pickup

Collect food orders from assigned restaurants on time.
Verify order details before pickup to ensure accuracy.

Timely Delivery

Deliver food orders safely and within the promised time.
Follow the best route to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Customer Interaction

Contact customers if required for delivery instructions.
Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.

Order Handling

Handle food packages carefully to avoid spills or damage.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness while handling food.

App Usage

Use the Zomato delivery app for order updates, navigation, and payments.
Update order status correctly (picked up, en route, delivered).

Cash & Online Payments

Collect cash payments where applicable and submit as per company policy.
Ensure correct handling of digital payments.

Compliance & Safety

Follow traffic rules and road safety guidelines.
Wear Zomato uniform and carry delivery bag properly.

Issue Reporting

Report delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints through the app or to support.

Target & Performance

Complete assigned deliveries to meet incentive and earnings targets.
Maintain good ratings and customer feedback.

Availability & Shifts

Be available during selected shifts, peak hours, and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
