We are looking for reliable and motivated Food Delivery Riders to join our delivery team. The rider will be responsible for picking up food orders from partner restaurants and delivering them safely and promptly to customers, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from restaurants and ensure accurate order handling.
Deliver food to customers safely and on time.
Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and restaurant staff.
Use navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) to determine the best delivery routes.
Handle payments and verify order receipts (if applicable).
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle (bike/motorcycle).
Report any issues or delays to the supervisor or dispatch team.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and a registered motorcycle/bicycle.
Must own a smartphone with internet access.
Knowledge of local routes and areas is an advantage.
Good communication and time management skills.
Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus (but not required).
Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours (shift-based or freelance options available).
Outdoor work, exposure to weather conditions.
May include weekend and holiday shifts.
