The Food Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering food orders safely, accurately, and on time to customers. The role requires good communication, customer service, and time management skills, ensuring a smooth and professional delivery experience that reflects the brand's quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up prepared food orders from the outlet and ensure accurate delivery to customers.
Verify order items before leaving the outlet to ensure completeness and correctness.
Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food quality and hygiene.
Handle customer payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with the outlet team and customers for updates or issues.
Follow assigned delivery routes and comply with traffic and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle or bike.
Report any delivery delays, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately to the manager.
Assist with basic outlet duties (like packaging orders) during free time if needed.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (two-wheeler .
Own vehicle preferred (if applicable).
Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps, etc.).
Minimum 10th pass; ability to read and understand delivery slips.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
Prior experience in food delivery is an added advantage.
