: Food Delivery Boy Position: Food Delivery Boy Department: Delivery Services Location: Indore Job Summary: The Food Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering food orders from restaurants, cafes, or other food establishments to customers\' specified locations. The delivery boy plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding the reputation of the company or platform they work for. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to navigate efficiently, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: Receive food orders from restaurants or food establishments and ensure accuracy of the order details. Follow assigned delivery routes or use navigation tools to locate customers\' addresses and ensure timely deliveries. Handle food orders with care to maintain their quality and presentation during transportation. Provide excellent customer service by being polite, friendly, and professional during interactions with customers. Collect cash payments or process electronic transactions accurately, if required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while handling food orders and delivering them. Inform customers about any delays or issues with their orders, and resolve complaints or problems effectively. Coordinate with restaurant staff or customer service representatives to address any order-related concerns. Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and responsible driving at all times. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, distance, and customer feedback if applicable. Familiarize yourself with the local area to minimize delivery time and ensure efficient route planning. Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and grooming standards. Stay updated on the latest food delivery platforms, services, and technologies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver\'s license (if using a vehicle) or ability to ride a bicycle or scooter. Good knowledge of local streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate using GPS or navigation tools effectively. Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of delivery work. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in food delivery or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 95,000.00 - 98,000.00 per month Schedule:
