Role Objective:
To control food & beverage costs while ensuring top-quality, safe, and compliant operations at The Brew Barrels.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor food cost, stock, and wastage.
Conduct inventory checks and maintain recipe costing.
Audit kitchen, buffet, and storage for hygiene and compliance.
Ensure FSSAI/HACCP standards are followed.
Verify supplier quality and certifications.
Prepare cost & audit reports for management.
Train staff on cost control and hygiene practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
