Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare and cook food items such as various types of momo, maggie, chowmein, pasta, fried chicken, burger etc... Assist in daily setup and closing of the food cart. Manage basic inventory like vegetables, dough, sauces, and raw materials Handle customers politely and manage orders during rush hours.
REQUIREMENTS :

Should have a proper knowledge in cooking all these items, as said above. Able to handle a fast paced street food environment Prior experience in a food stall/cloud kitchen is a plus but not mandatory. Must maintain hygiene and good behaviour with customers.
