who can help us build and launch 7-8 food trucks/stalls from scratch in Vadodara.
This is not a typical hotel/restaurant management role.
We need someone who is
practical, resourceful, and experienced on the ground
in food operations.
What You'll Do
Help set up complete food stalls/food trucks from zero
Source equipment, kitchen tools, gas, raw materials and packaging
Find and negotiate with local vendors and suppliers
Plan stall layout, costing and basic menu setup
Handle FSSAI registration and paperwork
Implement hygiene & food safety standards
Hire and manage staff (cooks/helpers/cleaners)
Create basic inventory system, purchasing and stock control
Coordinate daily operations once stalls are running
What We're Looking For
Experience in running/setting up food stalls, cloud kitchens or small restaurants
Strong
inventory management skills
Knowledge of
Indian food laws / FSSAI guidelines
Local market knowledge of Vadodara suppliers
Good communication and people-handling skills
Ability to travel across locations daily
Willingness to work in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
