Position Food and Beverages Trainer
Location Burdwan(Near Alisha Bus Stand)
Salary Range upto 22k-25k
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Graduate- (Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management)
2. Industrial Experience - 5years(Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management)
3. Training Experience- 1years(Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management)
4. He should be able to communicate in English and local language.
5. Take care of End to end development of candidate over the subject
6. Keep record of daily class attendance & monitor class progress
7. Conduct theory & practice sessions along with field visits
8. Submit all reports timely to center head and HO
9. communicate timely with center manager and HO
10. Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical.
11. Ensuring the 100% attendance of the batch
12. Develop and conduct training sessions on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer handling.
13.Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
14.Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
15Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and ensure consistency in service delivery.
16.Keep training content updated with industry trends and organizational policies.
Requirements
Qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.

• Years of F&B or training experience.

• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and customer service practices.
