Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Plan, organize, and supervise food and beverage service activities in line with company standards.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health, and safety in all areas of F&B.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management.
Train, guide, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of dining areas as per standards.
Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and customer satisfaction for management review.
