to deliver skill-based training under CSR Skill Development projects in East Delhi. The trainer will be responsible for imparting industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills to youth, preparing them for employment in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and practical training in Food & Beverage Service as per approved curriculum
Train candidates on service etiquette, hygiene standards, customer handling, and workplace readiness
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain trainee progress reports
Support students with interview preparation and placement readiness
Ensure compliance with CSR project guidelines and reporting requirements
Maintain training records, attendance, and documentation
Coordinate with project staff and industry partners when required
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or relevant field
Certified Food & Beverage Trainer (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds
Experience Required:
Minimum
2-5 years
of industry experience in Food & Beverage Service
Prior experience in
skill development / CSR / vocational training projects
will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
Practical knowledge of F&B service operations
Training & facilitation skills
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and service standards
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
