: Key Responsibilities: Guest Service & Experience:
Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service is provided to all guests at all times.
Supervise the breakfast service and other F&B offerings, ensuring compliance with IHG brand standards.
Monitor food presentation, product quality, and cleanliness across all service areas.
Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and take appropriate action for resolution. Operational Duties:
Oversee setup, replenishment, and clearing of the breakfast buffet and service counters.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health standards (IHG Way of Clean and HACCP) are strictly followed.
Monitor stock levels and assist with daily requisitions for F&B supplies.
Support in conducting regular checks on equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain effective coordination between kitchen and service teams for smooth operation. Team Management:
Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver high standards of guest service.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate daily tasks.
Foster a positive work environment that reflects IHG's culture of True Hospitality for Good.
Support the Restaurant Manager in managing scheduling, grooming standards, and discipline. Financial & Administrative:
Ensure accurate billing and check posting in the POS system.
Help control wastage, manage inventory efficiently, and follow cost-control procedures.
Support implementation of any brand or hotel-level promotions or initiatives.
