We are seeking a skilled and responsible Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food department. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of food service, hospitality, or hotel management. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction, and managing the smooth running of all food and beverage operations within the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff in daily operations.
Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet quality and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain proper staff discipline, performance, and attendance.
Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all food service areas.
Support staff training and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Manage daily workflow, allocate staff duties, and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Prepare and submit daily operation and performance reports to the management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 6 months -2 years of experience in a food or hospitality supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and operational challenges.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹18,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
