British Columbia College of Management (BCCM) is inviting applications for a dynamic and skilled

Food & Beverage Service Faculty

member. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality academic and practical training while preparing students for careers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and conduct

engaging lectures and practical sessions

in Food & Beverage Service. Develop structured

lesson plans, training materials, and assessments

aligned with curriculum standards. Train students in

restaurant service, wine & liquor knowledge, hotel etiquette, basic etiquette, customer handling

, and standard operational procedures. Support

academic coordination, examinations, student activities

, and overall student development. Ensure a

high-quality learning experience

in both classroom and practical environments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (Master's preferred). Strong knowledge of F&B service operations, wine & spirits, and hospitality standards. Teaching or training experience preferred. Candidates with

Hospitality Ed-Tech experience

will be prioritized. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
