Role Overview
The F&B Service Faculty will train students in restaurant operations, service etiquette, beverage knowledge, and guest handling to prepare them for careers in premium hospitality establishments.
Key Responsibilities
Teach theory and practical classes on Food & Beverage Service.
Train students in service styles, restaurant operations, mise en place, buffet service, and fine dining standards.
Conduct practical demonstrations in F&B labs and real-time simulations.
Assess student competencies and maintain performance records.
Support placement readiness through grooming and service workshops.
Assist in curriculum enhancement and academic planning.
Ensure proper lab management, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of F&B service experience
at supervisory or team leader level in reputed hotels/restaurants.
Teaching or training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of service standards, beverage basics, and guest relations.
Good communication and leadership skills.
