Known for our exceptional service and breathtaking views, we offer our guests a unique blend of luxury and tranquility. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests in the restaurant. Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Providing detailed information about the menu and making recommendations. Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Coordinating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. A friendly and approachable demeanor.
