? ?Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and escalate concerns when required.
? ?Refill water, condiments, and table essentials regularly to ensure a smooth dining experience.
? ?Support teammates during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
? ?Prior experience as a steward/floor staff/waiter in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred but not mandatory).
? ?Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
? ?Courteous, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
? ?Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
? ?Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and guest handling.
? ?Willingness to learn about plant-based cuisine and Greenr Cafe's sustainability philosophy.
