Key Objectives:
The F&B Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for the newly launched Arts Caf at NMACC. The position involves identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities across various segments such as corporate, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), social groups, and art lovers. The manager will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies, ensuring high guest satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a sales role within F&B, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on high-end clientele.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with F&B landscape, particularly in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) area and its target demographic.
  • Personality: Proactive, well-presented, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a high-level clientele.
  • Technological Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools, sales forecasting, and digital marketing integration is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across various segments, including corporate clients, HNIs, social groups, and art lovers.
  • Establish sales targets and work closely with the F&B team to meet or exceed them.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with local businesses, art institutions, and corporate offices.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing personalized service and maintaining continuous communication.
  • Organize exclusive events, tailored corporate packages, and special dining experiences to appeal to the cafs high-end clientele.
Sales and Marketing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive foot traffic, promote special events, and boost visibility through both traditional and digital channels.
  • Leverage influencer marketing, social media, and partnerships with local businesses to create buzz and attract clientele.
Event Management:
  • Work with the NMACCs F&B team to coordinate F&B sales for events held at the Caf and other NMACC venues.
  • Plan and manage private and corporate events to drive group bookings and repeat business.
Market Research and Trends Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on consumer behavior, market demand, and feedback.
Operational Support:
  • Liaise with the F&B operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of service that meets the expectations of high-end guests.
  • Regularly monitor guest feedback, adjusting the sales approach and service delivery where necessary.
Performance Indicators:
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly budgeted sales targets
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business metrics.
  • Expansion of corporate, HNI, and social group clientele.
  • Successful execution of sales campaigns and events tracked individually.
