Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from dine-in, catering, banquets, events, and delivery services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (e.g., corporate clients, events, partnerships).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Operations Management
Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets, ensuring consistent food quality and service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and supply chain to minimize waste and control costs.
Implement and enforce compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards (HACCP, local health regulations).
Develop and optimize SOPs across sales and operations functions.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B service and sales teams.
Schedule and manage staffing to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
Set goals and KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Lead team meetings and promote a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity.
Financial & Strategic Planning
Develop budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures.
Analyze sales data and operational performance to make strategic decisions.
Work closely with executive leadership to align F&B goals with broader business objectives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in F&B sales and operations, preferably in restaurants, catering, or hotels.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of F&B service standards, food hygiene, and customer expectations.
Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and F&B management tools (e.g., Toast, Oracle MICROS, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality Management.
Experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume operations.
Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in the F&B sector.
