We are seeking a skilled

Operations Manager (F&B)

with 5

+ years of experience

to oversee our food & beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

? Oversee daily operations of

Calcutta Calling's

dining, catering, and QSR services.
? Ensure high-quality food & beverage service standards across all hospitality operations.
? Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and procurement for efficient supply chain operations.
? Supervise and train F&B teams to maintain excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
? Coordinate with the event management team to execute catering and hospitality services seamlessly.
? Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and maximize revenue generation.
? Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations.
? Innovate and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

5+ years of experience

in F&B operations, hospitality, or catering.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Knowledge of industry trends, food safety regulations, and operational best practices. Experience in event-based F&B operations is a plus.
