Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Work with the management team on menu planning, promotions, and special events.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Languages Required:
Tamil, English, and Hindi.
