We have an urgent opening, The details are as follows. Position : F & B Manager. Experience : 8 to 12 Yrs in F & B Department and Must be in Manager role now. Salary : 35k to 45k Per Month. Education : BHM or DHM. Work Location : Mysore Road, Bangalore. Note : Candidate from Karnataka will be preferred. :
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
