F&B Manager
to oversee operations, elevate service standards, and ensure a seamless guest experience across the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full F&B operations, including staffing, service flow, and daily performance.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Maintain high standards of customer service, handle escalations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Oversee inventory control, stock usage, vendor management, and purchase planning.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, cafe SOPs, and quality guidelines.
Monitor daily sales, cash management, billing accuracy, and financial reporting.
Coordinate menu updates, promotions, marketing activities, and seasonal offerings.
Improve operational efficiency during peak hours and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and staff scheduling.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience as an F&B Manager / Assistant Manager / Cafe Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Hands-on knowledge of F&B operations, POS/billing systems, and inventory management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced service environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
