Job description OPENING IS FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE WORKED IN BUDGET HOTELS.CANDIDATES WHO ARE WORKING IN SAME CAPACITY ONLY MAY APPLY.WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.OPENING IS FOR NCR- GHAZIABAD.Manage all F&B BANQUETS day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsPreserve excellent levels of internal and external customer serviceDesign exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvementsIdentify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelEstablish targets, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, schedules, policies and proceduresProvide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamworkComply with all health and safety regulationsReport on management regarding sales results and productivityProven food and beverage management experienceWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)Ability to spot and resolve problems efficientlyMastery in delegating multiple tasksCommunication and leadership skillsUp to date with food and beverages trends and best practicesAbility to manage personnel and meet financial targetsGuest-oriented and service-minded Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 600,000.00 per year Benefits:
