We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizations staffing needs If you have a passion for connecting people with career opportunities and a deep understanding of the Food & Beverage sector, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking to build a robust candidate pipeline. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to source top talent. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Administer assessments and tests, when necessary, to evaluate candidate capabilities. Candidate Engagement and Experience: Create a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with HR teams. Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies. Use market research to provide recommendations for improving the organizations talent acquisition processes. Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring teams to ensure alignment on candidate requirements. Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Generate regular reports to track recruitment progress and identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by implementing inclusive recruitment practices. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process, including the use of technology and automation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Food & Beverage industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and HR technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations. Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
