Job Summary:



The Food & Beverage Service Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining service standards in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating Present menus, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints courteously Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service Process bills and handle payments accurately Follow food safety, hygiene, and service SOPs Support banquet and event service when required Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred) Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of food & beverage service standards Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Team-oriented and service-focused attitude

Experience:



0-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers may also apply)

Salary & Benefits:



As per company standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
