Kish Hospitality Consultant is looking for a Food and Beverage Executive to join our team in a luxury restaurant in Panjim, Goa. You'll oversee daily F&B operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including service, inventory, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Manage F&B outlets, bars, and events
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints and feedback
- Monitor inventory, orders, and costs
- Promote and sell menu items and beverages
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in F&B in a 5-star hotel or resort
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and inventory management
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
