The

Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive

is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth daily operations across restaurants, banquets, or outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide courteous, prompt, and professional food & beverage service to guests Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure proper setup and clearance of tables, stations, and service areas Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and politely Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate service Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and wastage reduction Support outlet opening/closing procedures and shift handovers

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of food & beverage service styles and etiquette Customer-focused approach with attention to detail Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive attitude Basic understanding of POS systems is an advantage

Qualifications

Minimum

10+2 / Diploma or Degree

in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred)

1-3 years

of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafes, or banquets Freshers with hospitality education may also be considered

Work Environment

Hotels, restaurants, cafes, lounges, banquets, or catering operations Fast-paced, guest-facing role requiring physical stamina
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
