Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent guest experiences, and adherence to service standards, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
Greet and serve guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Take and record food and beverage orders accurately.
Deliver food and beverage items promptly according to service standards.
Offer menu recommendations and up-sell special promotions to maximize revenue.
Remember and accommodate guest preferences to personalize service.
Handle guest comments and complaints tactfully; report issues to management.
Operational Duties
Assist in outlet opening/closing procedures and setup according to standards.
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service flow.
Monitor dining area service availability, guest satisfaction, and safety.
Supervise and support junior staff; assist other outlets during peak periods.
Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and hotel amenities.
Stock & Hygiene Management
Assist with stock requisition and inventory checks.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and casino hotel operational standards.
Maintain clean, organized work stations and dining areas.
Administrative & Team Support
Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
Support scheduling, basic staff coaching, and operational reporting as required.
Assist in opening/closing cash registers and POS procedures (as required).
1-2+ years in food & beverage service, preferably in hotels or upscale restaurants.
Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic POS system familiarity; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety, hygiene standards (HACCP).
