Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and attentive attitude
Familiarize yourself with the menu in detail
Maintain a clean and cozy tea room atmosphere.
Ensure a personalized and enjoyable customer service.
Collaborate with kitchen for seamless service
Familiar with Accounting infrastructure (POS machines, accounting software)
Strong Team Player and ability to lead and motivate a team
1-2 years of experience in a boutique coffeeshop or a Restaurant
Excellent customer service and communication skills, fluency in English is a must
Enthusiastic about tea culture and creating a welcoming environment
Good understanding of Bakery and continental products
Ability to multitask in a fast paced tea room setting.
Team player and a leader with a positive and proactive attitude.
Pleasant disposition and Eager to provide superior customer service
