F&B executive to manage the complete restaurant operation during the assigned shift.
Should be able to execute opening and closing shift checks effectively for all items and areas.
Directs and monitors the work of subordinate employees, stewards and trainees performing the functions of guests.
Service, cleaning, stocking, quality control, food and beverage order taking and maintenance of workstations.
Conducting daily briefing of staff and training/ monitoring the lower level staff & trainees.
Responsible for making duty allocations, shift timings and verifying all work schedules and following proper documentation, rules , policies and procedures.
Promptly and professionally handles guest issues and communicates problems and concerns to restaurant managers.
Drives team with target orientation to up-sell products /service/offers to maximize revenue.
Responsible for telephone handling and basic telephone etiquette for reservation, inquiry or delivery.
Assisting Manager in day to day maintenance and running the restaurant in his absence/leaves.
