We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Executive to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
Greet and escort guests to their tables, providing a warm and professional welcome
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and timing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and side stations
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
Mentor and support junior staff members to maintain high service standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a similar executive role
Strong passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
Proficiency in upselling techniques and menu knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Basic computer skills for order management and point-of-sale systems
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
