We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Executive to join our team in Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, India. As a key member of our hospitality organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and inspiring our food and beverage team.
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service
Lead, mentor, and train the food and beverage team to maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and menu development
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in all food and beverage areas
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative concepts to enhance our offerings
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Participate in budget planning and financial goal-setting for the food and beverage department
Qualifications
Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting
Strong service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, including menu engineering and pricing strategies
Thorough understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field (preferred)
Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus
