Job Description

Position Overview:



The

F&B Controller

will be responsible for

managing food and beverage costing, inventory control, and cost efficiency

across all outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of cost control systems, and prior experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly

F&B cost reports

. Conduct

physical stock audits

at outlets and central stores. Monitor

food cost percentage, yield, and wastage control

. Verify supplier invoices, GRNs, and purchase orders. Work closely with

chefs and store teams

to ensure correct recipe costing. Identify and report

variance in consumption vs. sales

. Support menu engineering and pricing strategy. Implement and monitor

cost control systems & procedures

. Coordinate with the

Accounts and Operations

teams for smooth reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in

Hotel Management, Finance, or Commerce

. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as F&B or Cost Controller in hospitality. Hands-on experience with

POS and inventory management software

(e.g. Petpooja, Shawman, Inresto, or similar). Advanced

MS Excel & analytical

skills. Knowledge of recipe costing, yield, and variance analysis. Strong attention to detail and integrity in reporting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
