Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly
F&B cost reports
.
Conduct
physical stock audits
at outlets and central stores.
Monitor
food cost percentage, yield, and wastage control
.
Verify supplier invoices, GRNs, and purchase orders.
Work closely with
chefs and store teams
to ensure correct recipe costing.
Identify and report
variance in consumption vs. sales
.
Support menu engineering and pricing strategy.
Implement and monitor
cost control systems & procedures
.
Coordinate with the
Accounts and Operations
teams for smooth reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Hotel Management, Finance, or Commerce
.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as F&B or Cost Controller in hospitality.
Hands-on experience with
POS and inventory management software
(e.g. Petpooja, Shawman, Inresto, or similar).
Advanced
MS Excel & analytical
skills.
Knowledge of recipe costing, yield, and variance analysis.
Strong attention to detail and integrity in reporting.
