We are just 2.5 hours away from Mumbai, 1.5 hours from Pune and 45 mins from Lonavala. We are spread across 3 acres of area, have 3 types of accommodation and currently have 7 keys/ 9 rooms along with the banquet and restaurant facility.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Captain / Service Associate to join our resort team. The role involves ensuring excellent guest service, smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining five star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and ensure a warm and pleasant dining experience.
2. Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages efficiently.
3. Ensure guests' meal and dietary preferences are carefully understood and given proper attention.
4. Assist in table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth and timely service flow.
6. Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
7. Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are followed.
8. Prepare and share basic daily reports with management on F&B wastage, F&B stock usage & balance and any discrepncies/issues.
9. Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.

Educational Qualification:

Hospitality Management /Certification or training in Food & Beverage Service.

Experience In Years:

3 to 7 years

Industry Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in hotels and resorts preferred
-Restaurant-only experience will not be considered.

Languages:

Hindi & English (Basic communication)

Skills & Personal Attributes:

1. Good communication skills; strong team leadership and teamwork abilities
2. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
3. Highly motivated, professional, and well-groomed
4. Strong guest-centric approach with excellent service attitude
5. Prior experience in FnB operations preferred

Fixed Pay (Monthly):

Rs. 16,000-25,000

Variable Pay (Monthly):

Accomodation:

Shared accomodation is provided.

Meals:

Food is provided.
