Team Supervision
Lead, train, and motivate service staff (waiters, stewards, runners).
Assign duties and monitor performance to maintain efficiency.
Conduct pre-service briefings to communicate menu changes, promotions, or special instructions.
Operational Duties
Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
Ensure timely service of food and beverages in coordination with kitchen and bar staff.
Supervise banquet setups and service during events.
Administrative Tasks
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff rosters.
Monitor inventory of service equipment (cutlery, crockery, glassware).
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Coordination
Liaise with kitchen, bar, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Support in planning special events, promotions, or theme nights.
