We are looking for a target-driven Field Marketing Interns to educate and onboard restaurants and food sellers onto the

XORA Food Seller App

. This is a field-intensive marketing & business development role, ideal for professionals who enjoy meeting merchants, closing onboarding, and achieving measurable growth targets.

You will be exposed to end-to-end merchant acquisition, from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and activation.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding

Identify, approach, and onboard restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and packaged food sellers onto the XORA platform. Conduct on-ground visits in assigned territories to pitch the platform and close onboardings. Explain XORA and ONDC benefits, onboarding steps, order flow, and merchant operations clearly. Assist merchants in KYC completion, menu upload, pricing, photos, and activation.

Merchant Enablement & Follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or activation issues. Conduct follow-ups to ensure merchants go live and remain operational. Educate merchants on best practices for menu quality, pricing, packaging, and order fulfillment.

Reporting & Market Feedback

Maintain accurate records of onboarded merchants and pipeline status. Share local market insights, competitor activity, and merchant feedback with the team. Support local onboarding drives, food campaigns, and activation events.

Who Can Apply

Students pursuing or completed

MBA, BBA, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields

Fresh graduates interested in

business development, startups, or food-tech

Individuals with good communication skills and confidence in field interactions Comfortable using mobile apps, digital tools, and basic documentation processes Self-driven, curious, and willing to learn from real-world business environments
