Develop and deliver training modules on food service standards, beverage preparation, hospitality etiquette, and customer service.
Train staff in areas such as table service, buffet service, bar operations, and kitchen & hygiene standards.
Conduct onboarding training for new staff and refresher training for existing employees.
Create training manuals, SOPs, e-learning content, and skill development guides.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Food Safety & Compliance
Train staff on food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols (HACCP, FSSAI standards, etc.).
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to hygiene and operational guidelines.
Operational Excellence
Work closely with F&B management to understand training needs.
Support the implementation of service innovations and new menu & beverage launches.
Conduct on-floor coaching during peak service hours to ensure training application.
Assist in evaluating service quality through feedback and mystery checks.
Customer Experience
Train team on guest interaction skills, complaint handling, upselling & product recommendations.
Promote culture of service excellence and guest satisfaction.
